Root the Power Celebrates Our Youth and Alumni
In April, Root the Power proudly celebrated alumni intern Naomi Madison, who was crowned Miss Phi Beta Sigma during the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. pageant for the mighty Gamma Chapter. We are proud to see Naomi continuing to lead, shine, and represent her community.
We also celebrated two Root the Power interns who graduated from Heights High School:
Leila Crosby will attend Langston University in Oklahoma.
Layla Simmons will attend Butler Community College in Andover, Kansas.
Congratulations, Naomi, Leila, and Layla! We are incredibly proud of your accomplishments and excited to see what comes next.
